Maintaining Heritage’s pools is just one of the many services provided by the Homeowners Association.
This idyllic vision for our community is carefully nurtured by the Heritage Homeowner's Association - a non-profit corporation formed to preserve property values through architectural and design guidelines, and deed restrictions. The association is also charged with maintaining the common areas, swimming pools, and The Clubhouse which are for the exclusive use of Heritage residents.
Tuesday – Sunday: 10am–9pm
Membership dues are $330 per year and are collected in advance semi-annually. An initiation fee of $200 is due upon the closing of your Heritage home.
Premier Communities has been selected by the Heritage Board of Directors to manage the daily responsibilities of the association.

Heritage has been designated as a “Public Improvement District” (PID)– a special taxing district. As such, the City of Fort Worth will collect $.21 per $100 of the assessed value of your home. These tax dollars are used to enhance and maintain area parks, entryways, rights-of-way, fencing, irrigation systems, etc., in a manner that exceeds the standard services provided by the City of Fort Worth.
